How do Souper Cubes Work?

Fill Tray
Put your food into the Souper Cubes tray, hot or cold!
Step 2
Freeze It
Place the lid on top of the Souper Cubes tray and store it in the freezer.
Step 3
Reheat
Pop your frozen food out! Reheat in the microwave, on the stove (in a pot), or in the oven - it's your choice!

Building my collection
Im a happy soupercube user. Slowly building my collection and bringing order to my freezer. I love how easy it is to release cubes and Im looking forward to adding some stoneware soon.

People do not understand they need these. I found them a couple of years ago and they have held up well in the freezer. We make tons of soups and sauces and meals and freeze them in the souper cubes. Once everything is frozen, we pop them out and vacuum seal the cubes. It’s the perfect combination. We date and label what vacuum sealed. Cannot use ziplock bags because of freezer burn. I have given them as gift sand everyone loves them.

First of all I had just turned to my husband and said " I wish there was something that we could store the veggie broth that we make from veggie scraps that we save in stasher bags in our freezer other than old empty 32 oz containers from yogurt" and mere days later I see a shout out about souper cubes in the Boston Globe food section! Can you even imagine my excitement? They are the PERFECT tray to freeze and store my homemade veggie broth-- I like both the one cup and two cup sizes. The convenience of being able to pour still hot liquid- cover and stack can not be ignored! A++++ souper cubes--- and I'm a teacher so A++++ really means something!
