You may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo proof that the item is in unused condition in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of our communication that we have received your return.
You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items.
The Return Process and Shipping
To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. You will be issued an RMA number and address to send your return to. You then package and send us the return item. Once your returned item is received and inspected and verified that it is unused and in its original packaging we will issue a refund within 10 days of notifying you that we have received the item in unused and original condition.
