Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly accept returns for unused, unopened Souper Cubes products.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You may return items within 90 days of the date of purchase.
  • The product must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo proof that the item is in unused condition in its original packaging.

The Return Process & Shipping

  • To request a return, email with your order number and a photo of your items clearly showing their condition.
  • Our customer support team will then look at your order information and, if eligible, will authorize your return.
  • Once authorized, you will send your return to the address provided at the time of authorization.
  • Once received, your return will be inspected by our team and a refund will be processed automatically. The inspection and refund process may take between 7-10 days from when an item is delivered to our warehouse.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically, within 10 days of the notice that we have received your return.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and photo proof that the item is in unused condition in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items.

Souper Cubes Limited Lifetime Warranty

Souper Cubes are made from high-quality materials and are designed to last for many years. Additionally, all Souper Cubes products go through an extensive and rigorous inspection process. Souper Cubes offers a Lifetime Limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all products, including trays, stoneware, and accessories. To submit a warranty claim, email a photo of the defect to with your order number. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the original retail consumer of the product. Any item that has a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced free of charge. If the exact item no longer exists, it will be replaced by a similar item or one of equivalent value. We cannot guarantee replacement to be the same color as the original item.

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired in any way,
  • Damage from commercial use, normal wear and tear, or improper use of the product,
  • For lingering food odors or stains caused by improper cleaning methods or techniques,
  • For lids damaged by the user, or
  • For purchases made outside of the United States.*
