How do Souper Cubes Work?
Fill

Fill Tray
Put your food into the Souper Cubes tray, hot or cold!
Step 2
Freeze It
Place the lid on top of the Souper Cubes tray and store it in the freezer.
Step 3
Reheat
Pop your frozen food out! Reheat in the microwave, on the stove (in a pot), or in the oven - it's your choice!

I am all about cooking plant based recipes in bulk since they often require so much prep. I also have the ADHD so organization can be really hard.
Souper Cubes are a game-changer since I can keep my sauces, soups, and other yums neatly stacked. Before Souper Cubes, my freezer was a disaster, things were always getting freezer burnt, I forgot (or outright refused) to label things, and would often throw things out.
I'm so glad I found Souper Cubes and love giving them as gifts and suggesting them to other mommas who like to batch cook. ;)

Souper Cubes have absolutely changed cooking & food prep for me! Now, instead of cooking each meal every day, I can bulk prep ahead of time to make future cooking way simpler! Not only can I prep and freeze ingredients for later use, but I can cook entire meals ahead of time and freeze them in cubes to defrost whenever I don't feel like cooking or need dinner in a pinch.
Freezing in portions has made storing and defrosting meals so easy! In the past I would have to freeze large portions of food in baking pans or gallon sized bags, which meant that when I wanted some of that meal, I would have to defrost the entire thing - leaving me with leftovers that I would have to eat that week. Now I can defrost exactly how much food I need and have more variety throughout my week.
I find all of the sizes so useful! I use the 2 tbsp. trays for fruit/veggie purees, lemon juice, minced garlic, ginger, tomato paste, etc.
The 1/2 tray is perfect for smaller portions of things like beans, oreo cheesecake snacks, cheese, leftover sauces, milk, small portions of meat, etc.
The 1 cup is amazing for lunches or dinners. I freeze chili, stews, pasta, pizza dough, rice, stir fry, beans, shredded chicken, soups, cinnamon buns, and so much more in them.
The 2 cup size is amazing for larger portions of soups and dinners. I also use it to prep desserts - which fit perfectly in the stoneware to go right in the oven.
