Our 5" square and rectangle ceramic baking dishes with silicone covers are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Each baking dish is designed to fit food previously frozen in Souper Cubes freeze trays. Our square baking dishes fits 2-cup frozen cubes and our rectangular baking dish fits 1-cup frozen cubes. Silicone covers allow you to store food in the refrigerator with a snug fitting clear covering.
Elegant and practical, you can use them to bake or serve individual meals or side dishes.

I was hesitant to purchase these, thinking "Do I really need them?" Now that I have them, I use them daily, I'm so glad I purchased them. I can pull my items out of the freezer and plop them into this ceramic dish to thaw and/or cook instantly. I helps me with portion controlled eating and you can tell they are quality made. You can even take two 1-cup souper cube items and re-heat them in one container. All of the Souper Cubes items I have purchased are top notch!
