Ceramic Baking Dish 2.0

Since I discovered SouperCubes, my life has improved dramatically ☺️

Being retired, living alone, but loving to cook was always a problem. With limited freezer space in my refrigerator, if I made something like a big pot of chili or a wonderful pot of soup, I’d end up eating it 3 or 4 times a week (or throwing some away). I was buying more single-serving (and expensive) meals. No more! When I saw these Super Cubes, I purchased a small chest freezer and have been cooking lots of great dinners, but freezing the extras for days when I don’t feel like cooking. Shepard pie, lasagna, chili, enchiladas and more are now stocked in my freezer, which is almost full! I’m having fun cooking again, and enjoy a variety of super good homemade dinners all week long.

The 2.0 ceramic dishes are perfect now that I cook for myself although in all honesty, I have not had an appetite for 5 to 6 years. But with the.Souper Cubes I am actually up to eating three or four times a week and I promised myself and my extended family that I will get to a point of eating at least one meal a day and then work from there. I pretty much own everything they have made, and it is definitely helping me batch cook and then freeze and convenient sizes. I still love the original ceramic dish, but I think I’m getting two more of the 2.0 because I am freezing side dishes, as well as protein, so being able to fit two of the one cup. Into the ceramic 2.0 – is awesome. This has been a true blessing for me and if you have senior citizens and your family who still love to cook, but hate wasting food you need to get a full set and include the ceramic dishes. If they are not up to cooking, it would be great if you cooked and froze your leftovers so that you can package them up and take them to your loved one and just make sure they have at least two ceramic dishes. I know I am by myself, but I already have four of the 5 in.² and four of the 5 inch rectangle and I’m getting ready to buy two more of the ceramic dishes 2.0.

Love the Souper Cube system. We were an ingredient house and always cooking and planning meals. Now we have great meals, limited preparation and few leftovers! A couple of days a month we get together and have a cook day. So much easier. Love the 2.0 for reheating!

These ceramic baking dishes are the perfect size for the souper cube silicon freezer trays. I love that they come with a cover. This comes in handy when defrosting or storing leftovers in the refrigerator. It's so easy to pop a frozen souper cube item into the ceramic, defrost and then warm.
