Our 5" square and rectangular ceramic baking dishes with silicone covers are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Each baking dish is designed to fit food previously frozen in Souper Cubes freeze trays. Our square baking dishes fit one 2-cup frozen cubes, two 1-cup frozen cubes, and our rectangular baking dish fits 1-cup frozen cubes. Silicone covers allow you to store food in the refrigerator with a snug fitting clear covering.
Elegant and practical, you can use them to bake or serve individual meals or side dishes.

It All Started With Our Favorite Chicken Soup Recipe!
Hi! We’re Michelle & Jake, the founders of Souper Cubes®.
In 2017, we were making chicken soup and had an idea that changed our lives forever. Whenever we made this recipe, we always ran into the same problem:
How do we freeze our chicken soup in a way that makes it easy to reheat later?

I am now a huge fan of yet ANOTHER Souper Cubes product – The Ceramic Bowls!!
I especially LOVE the little handles on the sides.
A quick little backstory:
I have hands that have been altered by years of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
It's just the way it is, and I'm not looking for any sympathy. I'm ust painting the picture of how I have to use things differently than those with "regular" hands.
The bottom line:
Handles on EVERYTHING help A LOT.
Because my fingers no longer stretch out flat, I find picking up cereal bowls, or any bowl really, to be a problem – unless there is some type of handle.
I'm also not all that old, and being fiercely independent, I certainly do NOT want to ask anyone for help just so I can eat my lunch.
So imagine HOW a cereal-bowl sized bowl

can be such a game changer in that situation!!
Especially when I can place my frozen lunch
(Which I cook myself every week, then freeze it in individual portions.) from a Souper Cube Tray, olace it directly into THE SAME SIZE BOWL,
heat it up, and NOW, after it's cooked and very hot, I can actually pick it up without needing to ask someone else for any help!!

I’ve had the two cube containers for years. Didn’t know I could cook in them and have started to do so. The ceramic baking squares are perfect for defrosting, baking and reheating. I just made/put 2 enchiladas in each one, kept in the refrigerator and when I wanted to reheat? Easy! The price has definitely gone up so, if you can, wait for a sale.
