Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embedded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. The clear BPA-free plastic lid fits snugly to prevent spills, keep out freezer odors, and enable easy stacking. Walk to the freezer with confidence and ease.
Our ceramic baking dishes are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Our 5” square dish fits food previously frozen in 2-cup Souper Cubes® trays and our 5” rectangular dish fits food previously frozen in 1-cup Souper Cubes® trays. Ceramic baking dishes include LFGB silicone covers.

It All Started With Our Favorite Chicken Soup Recipe!
Hi! We’re Michelle & Jake, the founders of Souper Cubes®.
In 2017, we were making chicken soup and had an idea that changed our lives forever. Whenever we made this recipe, we always ran into the same problem:

Cooking for one is no fun! Not being able to smell or taste isn’t either! Lost my senses of smell and taste 7 years ago (pre-Covid). Had to make some big changes in food prep. I cook with only fresh and have gone vegetarian. Can’t trust leftovers! Now with the souper cubes I can big batch cook and freeze in portion controlled sizes some of my favorite foods. No need to waste food.

I've recently started a health journey and with that came realizing I have a portion-control problem when cooking. The freezer to table set has helped me SO much with not only controlling my portion sizes, but also with preventing food waste. Now if I make a big batch of alfredo, meatloaf or whatever else, I can just pop them into the silicone molds, freeze them, then put each individual serving in a freezer safe bag to be enjoyed at some other time. Would recommend to anyone!
