Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embedded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. The clear BPA-free plastic lid fits snugly to prevent spills, keep out freezer odors, and enable easy stacking. Walk to the freezer with confidence and ease.
Our ceramic baking dishes are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Our 5” square dish fits food previously frozen in 2-cup Souper Cubes® trays and our 5” rectangular dish fits food previously frozen in 1-cup Souper Cubes® trays. Ceramic baking dishes include LFGB silicone covers.

It All Started With Our Favorite Chicken Soup Recipe!
Hi! We’re Michelle & Jake, the founders of Souper Cubes®.
In 2017, we were making chicken soup and had an idea that changed our lives forever. Whenever we made this recipe, we always ran into the same problem:
How do we freeze our chicken soup in a way that makes it easy to reheat later?

I’m using these regularly, and they are making my life easier. I can batch cook on the weekend, and everything is ready to go for lunch or solo dinners during the week. I love that the dishes work in either the microwave or the oven, because I use the microwave at work and the oven at home. They’re also really good for storing leftovers, even if it’s just one portion. I also bought a 2 tablespoon container to freeze leftover sauces and condiments, highly recommend. The silicone covers are a little annoying to get on, but I think they need to be so that there’s no spills.

These are wonderful! I have used my 1 cup and 1/2 cup ones for veg soup I made and I have popped them out. Would recommend letting them sit out about 5 min before

Cooking for one is no fun! Not being able to smell or taste isn’t either! Lost my senses of smell and taste 7 years ago (pre-Covid). Had to make some big changes in food prep. I cook with only fresh and have gone vegetarian. Can’t trust leftovers! Now with the souper cubes I can big batch cook and freeze in portion controlled sizes some of my favorite foods. No need to waste food.
