Souper Cubes® trays are built with thick silicone walls and a steel-embedded rim to make the tray extra sturdy. The clear BPA-free plastic lid fits snugly to prevent spills, keep out freezer odors, and enable easy stacking. Walk to the freezer with confidence and ease.
Our ceramic baking dishes are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Our 5” square dish fits food previously frozen in 2-cup Souper Cubes® trays and our 5” rectangular dish fits food previously frozen in 1-cup Souper Cubes® trays. Ceramic baking dishes include LFGB silicone covers.

It All Started With Our Favorite Chicken Soup Recipe!
Hi! We’re Michelle & Jake, the founders of Souper Cubes®.
In 2017, we were making chicken soup and had an idea that changed our lives forever. Whenever we made this recipe, we always ran into the same problem:

I am a terrible lunch packer and tend to get in a rut very easily. After seeing this system and how easy it was to use, I purchased a bundle. I have been freezing leftover portions for weeks now. Lunch packing is a snap. Pick a few cubes, pop them into a container, and I am ready to go. My coworkers have commented on all the good food at lunch.
Next up is baking with the cubes. Next week, we will whip up some single-serving shortcake. I can't wait.

I am terrible with left overs and portion control. This literally makes meal prep and adhd a true dream. I love tossing left overs in my cubes and then directly in the freezer, rather than them just being throw away in a few days. It’s nice for rainy days or when you are under the weather to pull a frozen cube of your favorite Indian curry dish to help make you feel better.
