Our 5" square and rectangle ceramic baking dishes with silicone covers are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Each baking dish is designed to fit food previously frozen in Souper Cubes freeze trays. Our square baking dishes fits 2-cup frozen cubes and our rectangular baking dish fits 1-cup frozen cubes. Silicone covers allow you to store food in the refrigerator with a snug fitting clear covering.
Elegant and practical, you can use them to bake or serve individual meals or side dishes.

These ceramic dishes are high quality, but when you pair them with Souper Cubes, they're pretty much a staple in our kitchen.
I don't eat all that much, so taking out a frozen 2-cup meal and placing it into one of the dishes makes enough for both my partner and me (provided he gets a dessert afterwards, lol).
We were so excited to have my little Thanksgiving bowls, made from leftovers, turn out tasting just as fresh a month later as when I first made them a few days after Thanksgiving. They're amazing for shepherd's pie and lasagne too. Just assemble your meal in the Souper Cubes, freeze, then place the block in one of these overnight in the fridge, and pop it into the oven or microwave to heat up.
You can also put the frozen block into the oven, but make sure you give yourself enough time. It took two hours for our last one to cook so we try to be more proactive now.
We freeze both cooked and raw meals. The ceramic dishes have completely changed our mealtimes because of the convenience and built-in portion control.
We've actually been eating a lot more of my frozen meals now that we have a convenient way to reheat them. These are a perfect fit!
The only thing I would change is that I wish I'd bought them much, much sooner.
